As we know Somalia's economy is mainly
dependent on agricultural products. Living in
semi-desert areas, people in central regions
are mostly pastoralists who depend on animal
produce for their livelihood.
But the animals in
almost Somali regions are dying for various
diseases that could have been cured. Besides
the veterinary health, Somali pastoralists
need to be trained on how they may best
utilize the animal resources.
